A new Consent form needs to be discussed and signed before receiving your first treatment since the temporary clinic closure on March 17, 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This will be done in-clinic.
Pre-screening for symptoms of COVID-19 or other illness. Expect an email 1 day prior to EVERY future treatment with a health and COVID-19 exposure survey. Be honest!
Screening for symptoms upon arrival at the clinic. Your appointment will be cancelled if you exhibit signs and symptoms of illness. Be honest with yourself and your RMT before coming in!
Physical distancing measures: Arrive alone. If client is a minor or needs assistance, a parent/guardian or assistant is allowed. Please wait outside the clinic door until your therapist opens the door and welcomes you in. Please wait in the designated area by the clinic door. Do not come more than 5 minutes before your treatment and please leave promptly after your appointment. Appointments will be staggered as best we can to reduce the number of people in the clinic and building hallway.
Hand washing is required upon entering and exiting the clinic.
Masks. Please bring one with you. A disposable mask will be supplied for a fee if you are not able to.
Cleaning & Disinfecting of treatment tables and frequently touched surfaces will be extensive and done in between client appointments.
